Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ShishaLab you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

ShishaLab is a personal tracking application for hookah sessions, inventory, and mixes. The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

When creating an account you agree to:

• —Keep your password confidential and not share your account.
• —Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must be of legal age in your country to use the service. ShishaLab is not intended for users under 18.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• —Attempt to access other users' data.
• —Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• —Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service.
• —Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into ShishaLab (sessions, mixes, inventory). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. Public sessions and mixes you choose to share are visible to anyone with the link.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

ShishaLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShishaLab and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, as the service is free, is zero).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless applicable consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
